🌹How to perform mental worship of Gurudev on Guru Purnima?
🌹 Wake up in the morning on Guru Purnima, take a bath, do some incense, pranayama etc. and recite the Gita.
🌹 Then do mental worship in this way: ‘My Gurudev! In my mind, mentally I am bathing you with the water of the Sapta Tirthas. My Nath! I am wiping your Chinmaya Vapu (Chinmaya body) with clean clothes. After dressing you in clean clothes, I apply Tilak on you mentally, please accept. I decorate your chest with two garlands of Mogra and Rose flowers.
🌹You have developed the lotus of your heart and brought its fragrance to our hearts, but we bring the fragrance of these flowers to your pure body, that too with our mind, please accept it. We bow down in front of you and place our ego at your feet.
🌹 O my Gurudev! From today, I offer my body, my mind, my life for your divine work, if not completely, then at least 2 hours, 5 hours every day, please accept it. O God who gives devotion, loyalty and his experience! O my ultimate well-wisher who gives the self-illumination of even the Kohinoor of Kohinoor without asking! All praise to you.
🌹 Keep worshipping in this way again and again until your worship reaches the Guru, the Supreme Being. And you will feel that the worship has reached its end. One or the other of the eight sattvik bhaavs (stambh, sweat, thrill, voice breaking, trembling, ecstasy, tears, destruction) will appear in your heart by the grace of God and Guru.
