👉🌹🦚✍📌It was built by the renowned astrologer Acharya “Varahamihir” with the help of the emperor, one of the nine gems of emperor Vikramaditya. Similarly, such observatories were established at many places in India. But foreign looters and invaders destroyed our important cultural heritage or changed their original form. Historians believe that Delhi’s Qutub Minar (which is unfortunately called by this name) was once the world’s famous observatory. Which was later demolished by Mughal invaders. Now only the pillar of this so-called Qutub Minar is left. The village Mihiravali near Delhi, now called Mehrauli, was named after Acharya Varahamihir.

👉🌹🦚✍📌Approximately 2200 years ago, the great astrologer Varahamihir had it constructed scientifically to study the 27 constellations, 7 planets and the Pole Star. It was duly installed in the middle of a huge lake, in proportion to the height of Mount Meru, as per geometric calculations.

👉🌹🦚✍📌It is worth noting here that for the study of the 7 planets, 7 floors were built as per the subtle cosmic calculations and 27 windows (Roshan Daan) were made from bottom to top for the study of the 27 constellations. From where one could sit and estimate the movement of all the stars accurately. Special black stones were used in the construction of the pillar so that there is complete darkness inside and there is no hindrance in the astrological calculations, and it can be seen clearly even at night. The main gate of this pillar is situated towards the north, i.e. in the direction of the Pole Star. Its foundation is sixteen yards deep and its height is eighty-four yards. Since our earth is tilted by five degrees, the inclination of this pillar is also kept five degrees towards the south. This is the reason why its shadow does not fall on the earth on 21st June at 12 noon. Because on 21st June, the Sun God is 23.5 degrees north of the equator. I can give you scientific proof in this regard that Delhi is 28.5 degrees north of the equator, if the difference of both is calculated, it will be five degrees. This was the reason that on 21st June at 12 noon, the shadow of this pillar did not fall on the earth. Keeping this in mind, the Vishnu pillar was given a tilt of five degrees. This was its great feature. The British could not understand the secret of five degrees tilt or crookedness and they broke eight yards. Now its height has reduced to seventy-six yards. The British were afraid that this pillar could fall.

👉🌹🦚✍📌During the time of Acharya Varahamihir, there were twenty-seven other observatories around this pillar, which were situated in the form of twenty-seven temples, which were demolished by the mad invader and robber slave Qutubuddin and an attempt was made to convert them into a mosque.

👉🌹🦚✍📌The astrological knowledge of that time was at its peak. Today, the common man may not believe in astrology from a logical point of view, but I have a question for them that without any computer or calculating machine, can anyone tell the time of solar or lunar eclipse of one hundred or two hundred years or one thousand years ago in minutes and seconds? Our “Panchang” can answer this. Go to any Panchang expert and ask him, he can give you the exact answer with a little effort. Is this not a proof of our astrology being very advanced? Even the observatory in-charge or scientists cannot answer this question properly.
